: * Plan and implement HSE policy and well integrity guideline in well intervention activities according to the approved program.

Execute rig-less well intervention program & operation to sustain high well availability through best practices of new technology to deliver optimum well availability and production in safely manner.

Coordinate, and plan field well intervention operational excellence by consultation with superior and subject matter expert on availability of resources, improvement of service quality, sourcing of cost-effective technology application, intervention methodologies and prudent planning & cost management.

Prepare the contract and track approved contract value (ACV) utilization, compliance to contractual governance matter and service provider performance and to prepare budgetary requirement to perform intervention activities.

Provide technical advisory and coordinate technical consultation in ensuring right decision making on the technical integrity and compliance to the guideline, industry standards and best practices.

Qualification:

Bachelor\'s degree in Drilling, Petroleum Engineering or any relevant discipline

Requirement:

Minimum 3 years\' experience in Wells operation
A Certificate holder of International Well Control Forum (IWCF) Well Intervention Level 4 would be an advantage
