Manage and execute routine and non-routine activities within set timelines and in accordance with laid down procedures, work instructions, and company standards.
Maintain updated and accurate records.
Keep the reporting manager informed and updated on all day-to-day activities.
Manage client visits and audits.
Receive goods/services, verify against orders/POs, and ensure timely payment processing.
Collect feedback and audit observations, seeking necessary guidance for closure.
Ensure high-quality service is carried out promptly according to company standards.
Manage the cleaner on site and maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the office.
Actively monitor and handle complaints.
Complete all relevant company paperwork; maintain accounting systems and processes with legible, precise, accurate, and timely completion.
Pursue and achieve budget targets and assist in budget compilation.
Ensure security and maintenance of premises, equipment, and stock.
Stay informed of current safety regulations to respond to emergency situations in the facility and coordinate related functions to ensure the safety of customers, visitors, and staff.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s Degree Holder.
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English and Mandarin.
Knowledge of IT skills, including email, internet, and general PC skills (MS Word and Excel).
Organize formal training and provide structured on-the-job training; identify and address individual training needs for onsite induction.
Attend all meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
Ensure that facilities operations align with company goals and vision.
Display creativity and innovation in day-to-day management and business development potential of the contract.
Maintain the confidentiality and security of all data and information related to the facility.
