Job Description
To ensure that SOP is understood, followed and carried out diligently. To maintain highest level of grooming by the hotel management. To attend daily meeting briefing ensuring that communications is well received and adhere to. To receive guest feedback and maintain good rapport with guest. To maintain all mis-en-plus are prepared in order, to ensure smooth service during operation hours. To check and ensure all equipment / linens places are in working order, presentable and clean. To maintain and ensure buffet line is clean at all times. Hostel and meal provided. Walking distance from hostel to resort.
