Job Description
To ensure operation hours of outlet adhere to all the time. To organize all operational and promotional activities. Training to be conducted at all times to ensure high level of services. To ensure that all regular guests, VIP are address by name and recognize by staff to have personalize service. To maintain and check if the SOP is followed and adhered at all time. To proper high grooming at all times. Maintain high level of cleanliness. To ensure staff duty roster is done and sufficient staff is needed through out the day.
