Duties and Responsibilities
Supervises his station.
Takes order and promote special items to guests.
Responsible for station mise-en-place.
Assigns side duties to his waiters.
Responsible for the recommendation and sale of food and beverage.
Be familiar with the menu and be able to train and guide his subordinates.
Relays any guest complaints to Supervisor/Manager.
Attends staff meetings/briefing.
Responsible for billings.
To ensure that the guest are satisfied.
