Position Specification / Requirements
Education :
Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
Experience :
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar capacity in a 4 or 5-star international Hotel.
In-depth Knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry standards and regulations.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modelling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
Pre-opening experience preferred.
Willing to relocate/work in Muar, Johor
