F&B Manager



The role holds a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of a hotel's restaurant, bar, and banquet facilities. The role manages a team of employees, ensuring cleanliness, compliance with health regulations, and a positive work atmosphere. The responsibilities include training staff, controlling inventories, and managing departmental budgets. The role works close with the sales & marketing team to maximize business results.

Position Specification / Requirements



Education :

Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.

Experience :



Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar capacity in a 4 or 5-star international Hotel. In-depth Knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry standards and regulations. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modelling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Pre-opening experience preferred. Willing to relocate/work in Muar, Johor

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
