Industry: Logistics/Freight Forwarding Working Hour: Monday to Friday ..Good remuneration package ..Basic salary, fixed allowances and variable bonus Summary of the role: Manage and lead a team of members for cross-border trucking division. Responsible for overseeing cross-border service across the region in Asia, and ensuring the service meeting P&L. As a contact window in the country, liaise with regional team and support regional service development. Provide support to Commercial dept for service inquiry. Ensure the team carrying out daily activity in timely manner, example: billing, quotation, receivables, booking, customer service and etc. Provide guidance and training to the team if necessary. Ensure processes and documents are complied with M'sia customs regulations. Requirements: Min. 7 years of relevant working experience in freight/trucking/fleet management function, 3PL industry or relevant. Min. Degree education level or above. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Requirement software experience: CargoWise.
