Job Description

This International Cross Border Director role will report directly to the Senior General Manager based in Hangzhou. The role's key deliverables include being responsible for the daily overall management of local cross-border business, focus on sales and expand the local important and export logistics and transportation business. Other key responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the collection of market conditions, carry out project risk assessment, feasibility judgment and solutions, and improve the overall performance of local cross-border business;
• Enhance the market brand value of the local business;
• Responsible for organizing and coordinating the integration of resources (focusing on expanding customs clearance and transportation resources), leading the preparations before the start of the project, and effectively controlling the implementation and operation of relevant personnel;
• Responsible for monitoring the operation of the project, regularly conducting profit and loss analysis and formulating optimization plans;
• Responsible for dealing with abnormal conditions of the project, formulating corresponding emergency plans and follow-up rectification measures;
• Responsible for coordinating the communication of information with customers and carriers, ensuring timely communication of information and fulfillment of needs, and promoting the improvement of service quality.

Newly start up role leading an established team|Strategic and commercial deliverables in a booming market

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in international freight forwarding companies, sales experience, and experience in leading a team. Other requirements include:

• Familiarity with the international freight forwarding business, have a deep understanding of FOB\CIF\DDU\DDP\EXW and other trade modes, and be able to quickly determine the target market, and have their own opinions on the creation of international logistics products.
• Ideal candidate should hold proficient communication and coordination skills in Mandarin
