Key Responsibilities:



Warm Welcome:

Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor upon arrival. Provide assistance with check-in and check-out procedures.

Guest Services:

Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and efficiency. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.

Administrative Support:

Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and managing reservations.

Phone Etiquette:

Manage incoming calls, providing accurate information and routing calls to the appropriate departments.

Reservation Management:

Assist in managing room reservations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guest preferences.

Cash Handling:

Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.

Problem Solving:

Address and resolve guest issues and concerns promptly and effectively.

Lobby Maintenance:

Ensure the lobby area is tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times.

What You Will Need to Succeed in This Role:



Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is an advantage. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in English and Malay. Knowledge of Tamil and Chinese is a bonus. Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment. Technological proficiency, including familiarity with reservation management systems. Familiarity with IDB PMS system is an additional advantage
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
