Primary Objective:
To provide research and support on the development of the Group Delegated Lending Authorities (DLA) and Guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic and Planning
- Provide advice and support to the Section Head, Group Credit DLA in relation to the administration and maintenance of the DLA limits and DLA guidelines of the RHB Banking Group.
- To keep abreast of developments in regulatory guidelines.
- Provide support to develop, implement and review Group-wide delegated lending authority (DLA)/Operational Empowerment relating to Lending/Financing.
- Provide support on the maintenance of the DLA Policy & Guidelines document as well as communicate the policies & guidelines and any changes from time to time.
- Undertake credit projects assigned from time to time.
- Provide support to business and support units in advisory capacity relating to DLA and empowerment of the Group.
- Assist the review of DLA processes/ products/proposals originated by business/support units.
- Seek input from business units and support units to continue improve the DLA processes.
- Develop KPIs and execute programs for training and development for own.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Economics, Finance/Banking, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in banking and financial institution preferably with credit risk management background.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and oral
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office
