By taking a holistic and human-centric approach to care, Vectura Fertin Pharma will innovate the design and delivery of medicines and Consumer Health products that support overall health and wellness management. We will focus on the end-to-end development of a proprietary pipeline of Prescription, Over-The-Counter (OTC) and Consumer products, with a specific focus on areas where we believe we can deliver best-in-class, and highly differentiated products that address existing unmet medical needs. Healthcare: Develop and launch fast acting, effective and safe treatments in the field of cardiovascular diseases, neurology, and pain management, all of which can be delivered via innovative technologies. Wellness: Bring to market scientifically substantiated botanical products that help people take well-being into their own hands in the areas of Sleep, Energy, and Mental Health. Core responsibilities: - Define organization strategy and road map to penetrate the market with NRT offerings. - Define sales and marketing strategy & plans to introduce the category in the market and ensure growth to reach the business goals of NRT - Work with internal & external regulatory teams to ensure compliance to regulations - Identify business needs, develop organization structure, and hire & build a team to enable business growth - Create an engaging, credible, and respectable brand in the NRT space in Malaysia - Formulate and drive marketing and communication strategy to achieve full potential - Design a cost-effective consumer journey and reach programs to fuel growth - Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies along the consumer conversion journey - Formulate and develop route-to-market strategy across products and target consumers, covering both offline and online channels. - Ensure smooth distribution management & optimized trade programs. - Build National distribution networks to support multi-channel online & offline sales - Contribute to product insights and launch plans. - Build a high performing team optimized to scaling sales and achieving brand targets. - Build a culture which delivers a strategic advantage to the business. - Provide leadership and mentor the team to deliver on the vision. Role Requirements: - The incumbent will ideally be an MBA/Masters with a degree in business with 15-20 years of experience in sales & marketing and having handled a strategic role. - Experience of having led or built businesses, brands and scaled sales in the FMCG/Consumer health/Consumer cosmetics or pharmaceutical sector. - Deep experience of consumer experience and ability to translate insights to business levers. - Ability to develop strong relationship and work with multiple senior level executives, external stakeholders like government agencies and with 3rd party distributors - Built & managed national level distribution - Strong communication and leadership skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to deal with ambiguity. - Practical approach to problem solving - Believes in cross functional / organization collaboration -Can work independently without needing large teams -Ability to oscillate between strategic & operational tasks Why Join Us We are bound by our shared passion for making a positive impact on the lives of patients and consumers.
