Job Description


Strategic Marketing Leadership:

  • Develop and execute global marketing strategies aligned with business objectives across agriculture,
industrial distribution, and consumer products.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team to embrace a growth mindset, driving brand
awareness, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
Brand Management and Market Segmentation:
  • Enhance brand positioning across B2B2C agriculture, industrial distribution, and B2C
consumer segments.
  • Develop innovative marketing strategies to optimize market penetration and foster a culture of
continuous improvement and adaptability.Multi-channel Marketing Campaigns:
  • Direct integrated marketing campaigns across digital (SEO, SEM, social media), traditional (print,
events), and regional channels.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and compliance with regional marketing regulations, adapting
strategies to seize growth opportunities.
Digital Marketing and Customer Engagement:
  • Drive digital initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to enhance customer segmentation and engagement strategies, fostering agile responses to market changes.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
  • Conduct robust market research to identify industry trends, customer insights, and competitive
landscapes.
