Control IT budget that is aligned with the Group's business objectives and operational needs to safeguard the Group's ICT assets and interest. Direct, guide and monitor project implementation for all key initiatives ensuring the employment of best practices and stringent control measures to deliver optimal project cost, benefits and performance Lead and drive System Design and Architecture initiatives. Architect to design, develop enterprise architecture, govern and deliver a resilient ICT ecosystems. Initiate the automation agenda for the whole Company and find opportunities where headcounts can be optimized, and automation increases Lead the innovation programs for the Company with strong business and industry partnerships for adoption of IR4.0 and strategic technology trends Lead, and drive data management initiative to help build a Data-driven organization and culture, from process-based to data driven decision making REQUIREMENT Minimum 17 years in ICT industry with experience in managing ICT strategy, project management and data initiatives Minimum of 8 years of specific digital center of excellence, managing data engineering for large organization and managing project management office Degree in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) or equivalent.
