Homestay Operator Executive

- Supervise Customer Service performance. Such as occupancy rate, unit condition, price adjustment

- Coordinate with the housekeeper team, maintenance team to maintain cleanliness standard and maintenance of properties

-Miscellaneous administrative and reporting tasks.

- Ad-hoc tasks

Requirement:

-Candidates fluent in English and Hua Yu preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients

- A good planner and organizer

- Have own car and transport

- High problem solving skills and able to solve problems independently

-Candidates with Hotel Management Diploma or Degree with be additional point.

-Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
