We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Hostess to join our dynamic team at our Luca outlet. As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional hospitality and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude Manage reservation system and ensure efficient table allocation Escort guests to their tables and present menus Provide guests with information about daily specials and promotions Handle guest inquiries and assist in resolving any issues Cooperate with the waitstaff to ensure smooth and efficient service Maintain a clean and organized hostess station
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy hours Presentable appearance and professional demeanor Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
