Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Lead and motivate service and bar teams to deliver professional and friendly service.
Coordinate between kitchen, service, and bar to ensure timely order delivery and guest satisfaction.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
Ensure restaurant and bar cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with safety standards.
Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
Oversee bar stock levels, restaurant supplies, and ensure proper inventory management.
Support management in implementing promotions, events, and special functions.
Ensure all bills and transactions are accurately recorded and closed daily.
Maintain a positive team atmosphere and lead by example.
Requirements
Proven experience as Supervisor in a restaurant or bar environment.
Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations and customer service standards.
Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Able to handle busy service hours and resolve issues quickly.
Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Education & Experience
Diploma / Certificate in Hospitality or related field preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in restaurant and/or bar operations.
