Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for the full spectrum of human resource and administration functions which include recruitment, staffing, performance monitoring, payroll, compensation & benefit and employee relation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist Management in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate the recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing candidates, interviewing and orientation to new employee on board procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 To prepare, administer and updating records of administration work such as preparation of letter, employment contract, resigned administration, employees\xe2\x80\x99 job confirmation, transfer, promotion, contract renewal & foreign worker permit renewal. \xe2\x80\xa2 To handle for application and approval of foreigner workers quota and permit with JIM/KDN/KSM/JTK/ESD and other relevant departments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle full set of payroll administration including on-time and accurate payroll processing, salary pay-outs and liaising with government bodies (eg. KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, ETC) on all statutory requirements whilst maintain all data private & confidential. \xe2\x80\xa2 Update and maintain employees\xe2\x80\x99 profile, attendance, leave, medical and training records. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide HR relevant reports as and when required. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure smooth and efficient day to day HR operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation of HR related letters and correspondences and liaise with the relevant authority/government department if necessary. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage employee disciplinary matters and taken necessary disciplinary action. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for the employee claims and insurance handling. \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and organize annual dinner/ team building/ other staff events. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible on staff welfare & accommodation provided. \xe2\x80\xa2 To keep records and proper filling system whilst maintain security of confidential information. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible of office receptionist such as incoming calls, incoming email and etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle all general office administration and maintenance related works of office facilities and up keeping of office equipment, office supplies and asset management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management from time to time. Requirements:- \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required skill: Good knowledge and experience in local Malaysia Labour Law (EA 1965), Industrial Law (1967). \xe2\x80\xa2 Must possess knowledge of Malaysia Statutory requirement e.g EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax & HRDF etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Have positive attitude and willingness to learn. \xe2\x80\xa2 Matured with good analytical and problem-solving skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess good interpersonal, comprehension skills and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be good in discipline, time management and self-motivated.
