Job Description


:

  • Work with the Head to recruits, interviews and hires new staff in the department.
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
  • Assist Group HR Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Assist the Group HR to handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
  • In charge of collecting attendance records for the month.
  • Assist group HR to coordinate monthly payroll, benefits and leave.
  • Ensure all employees enforce company policies and practices.
  • Assist in resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties
  • Ensure compliance and any other matters delegated by superior.
Job Requirements:
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in HR Generalist or in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin as to support mandarin speaker clients
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • KWSP SOCSO Medical claim included
  • Annual and medical leave shall be in accordance with the prevailing Labour Law
  • Willing to work in Taman Chateau,Ipoh
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month Benefits:
