Conducts orientation program to new employees (Training):
Conducts Basic Manufacturing Programmed for new workers.
Conducts Soft Skills training for Non-Executive level.
Coordinates and ensure On The Job Training (OJT) is performed as scheduled (ensuring new modules to be included for new production line)
Coordinates customized training as per department request.
Coordinates and liaises with external Consultants on employees\xe2\x80\x99 training needs and arranges training schedules for employees.
Evaluates the effectiveness of the respective training programs by obtaining feedback from Head of Divisions / Departments.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis Group-wide.
Manages Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) claims.
Develops and maintain training library.
Reports on annual/monthly/ weekly training activities and costing
To assist and undertake additional assignments/tasks from superior from time to time.
Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy (Disciplinary):
Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
