Responsible for day-to-day HR operational matter.
Oversee HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employee record management and HR reporting.
Review and improve HR procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create manpower plans.
Build a strong employer brand and talent pipeline through strategic sourcing initiatives.
Serves as trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
Develop the annual performance appraisal cycle and guide managers on performance issues.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programmes.
Administer payroll-related inputs, benefits enrolment, and HR claims processes.
Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, etc.).
Requirements Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 10 years of relevant HR generalist experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good problem-solving, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
