To manage the full spectrum of human resource management that includes recruitment, manpower planning, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee welfare, employee disciplinary and training & development.
To develop, maintain and implement HR Policies & Procedures to meet the Company\'s needs.
Oversee full spectrum of foreign workers related matters.
Fully in-charge and monitor foreign workers, accommodation, and hostel affairs. Review and revise rules & regulations from time to time in align with government requirement and legislation.
Dealing with agencies and local authorities to submit the required documentation ie KDN, Immigration, JTK, embassy etc.
Responsible for onboarding procedures, include on arrangements to pick up foreign workers from airport upon arrival, conducting briefing, medical check-up and setting bank accounts, etc.
Handling of foreign workers basic need such as accommodation, amenities, transportation with agencies and internally.
Conduct spot check and audit at staff hostels.
Maintain hostel tenancy agreement and liaising with landlord whenever required.
In charge of attestation documents submission and foreign workers\xe2\x80\x99 arrival, including airport clearance, and foreign worker permit renewal.
Responsible in bus transportation arrangement, security guard, and cleaning service.
Assist in internal and external audit, waste management and JKKP.
Involve directly in preparing weekly, monthly & ad hoc report to the management.
Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior.
