Job Description


Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage/handle the monthly payroll process and ensure all payroll activities comply with statutory requirements and labour law.
  • Handles end-to-end employee full cycle processes in HR Information System (HRIS)
  • Manage employee records systematically
  • Conduct new hire orientation and update the presentation slides as and when necessary
  • Responsible for expatriate management and administration
  • Preparation of HR reports as and when required
  • Ensure internal and external queries are attended on a timely manner
  • Any other ad-hoc projects/assignments assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration/ Human Resource Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR generalist or a specialist in one or more Human Resource functions in a multinational manufacturing industry
  • Strong acumen in managing HRIS and experience in the implementation of HRIS is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint for data compilation and analysis
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous
  • Possess good teamwork spirit
  • Able to work with employees of all levels
