Requirements:

Qualification and Skill Requirements

Malaysian only
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor' Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Studies/Management or equivalent.
Required language(s) : English and Bahasa Malaysia
At least 3 years' of working experience in related field is required for this position.
Must have hands on experience and strong knowledge in all matters related to Foreign Workers
Possess own transport and willing to travel
Able to work independently, highly motivated, positive attitude and have excellence time management
Good communication skills with adaptability to different situation
Proficient in MS Office i.e. Excel, Words & Power point.
Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan Batu Unjur, Bayu Perdana, Klang
1 Full-Time position available.
5 days' work week.

Scopes:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Overview: Assisting HR Manager in managing full spectrum of HR functions such as staffing, recruitment activities, foreign worker management, compensation & benefit, training & development, performance management, leave management, disciplinary & counselling, employee relation and other HR functions.

Ensure proper recruitment, selection and on-boarding processes and adapt to work in a proactive way to ensure all vacant positions are filled up promptly.

Recruit candidates by utilizing a variety of sources including, but not limited to, Internet postings and search, direct sourcing, employee and contact referrals, job fairs, research, print media, networking, agencies and etc.

Attend interview and provide guidance to managers on interviewing best practices.

Responsible for new hiring and training of new employees (local and foreign workers) while complying with Immigration and KDN requirements

Assist in all matters related to a foreign worker such as recruitment, permit and passport renewal, FOMEMA insurance, check-out memo, etc.

Liaise and deal with agents and Government Authorities such as Immigration Department, Jabatan Tenaga Kerja(JTK), Perkeso Office and other relevant bodies for matters related to local and foreign workers.

Act as a liaison person between employer and employees to handle all employee related disciplinary issue/ complaints/grievance/motivation/job counselling and escalate the matters to necessary actions.

Response to employees' violation of company policies, identify and resolve conflict within the workplace.

Updating and monitoring staff leave, vetting, resignation or abscond case, confirmation and medical check up

Implementing training plan according to company needs to build talent pool and career path for employees based on company values, competencies, and needs.

Arranging for all armed personnel to go for necessary training and in preparation for renewal of Carry And Used Licence.

Prepare documentation for submission to IPD in order to apply for new hire and/or renew armed personnel Carry And Used Licence.

Compilation of various departments' monthly reports from General Admin, Payroll, Finance and Operation for the purpose of Management Report presentation.

To perform any other duties as and when required by HR Manager
