Join us as HR Operations Specialist for the HR Services Business Area where you will be performing day to day HR transactions for one or several assigned Service Line(s) / Country(s), also handling complex and escalated tasks. You will be accountable for the end-to-end operations, delivering high-quality services against globally agreed performance targets. Reporting to Front Office Manager/Country Manager and this position will be based in Subang Jaya, Malaysia.Your responsibilities Executing and delivering HR services in compliance with agreed business processes, KPI and quality targets in a timely, accurate and costumer focused manner, showing an end-to-end responsibility Performing control tasks, including 4-eye-check / SOX checks, data protection and country legal / regulatory compliance tasks and adheres to Ask HR Way of Working Providing on-demand reports related to business processes where required and supporting other team members with defined tasks and knowledge transfer Delivering HR services with a high degree of customer orientation and a proactive can-do attitude Acting as point of contact for inquiries regarding HR related topics and delivers support across one or several Service Line(s) Educating customers in policies, business processes and the correct usage of HR tools Identifies deficiencies of existing business processes and proactively recommends enhancements and/or simplification based on day-to-day experience Leading certain process improvement activities and participates in various quality control and audit activities Your background Possesses at least a tertiary education in Human Resources or related discipline At least 5 years of working experience in related position, preferably with MNCs Able to work under stressed and in a fast-paced working environment Able to work independently and is a team-player Fluent in written and spoken English Good interpersonal skills and strong attention to details in composing and proofing communication & reports Agile, proactive, independent, meticulous and strong follow-up skills SAP system experience is an added advantage Benefits Life insurance Accident insurance Paid Parental leave (gender neutral) Sick pay More about us In ABB HR our mission is to help ABB stand out when it comes to our people - from leadership, performance and talent management to rewards and career growth.
