Job Responsibilities : The Senior People Experience Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the employee experience and providing comprehensive support to employees and managers. This role will ensure that all people related operational services are delivered effectively and all employee relations matters, records management, payroll and people compliance requirements are met. You will also partner with HRBP in supporting the Business needs and ensuring to provide a positive employee experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, addressing their HR-related queries and concerns promptly and professionally. Respond to employees\' queries in a timely manner, providing accurate information and guidance on HR policies and procedures. Manage employees\' life-cycle events, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and other work-cycle events, ensuring a positive employee experience throughout. Maintain and update employee data in the HR system (e.g., Workday), ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee records. Support the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating work pass applications, renewals, and background checks, if applicable, for new hires. Assist in the administrative support for benefits programs, HR-related documentation, and other HR processes as required. Manage training applications and grants, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective implementation. Assist in supporting engagement initiatives, if applicable, to foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Collaborate with other COEs and HRBP to deliver a great employee experience, aligning with company objectives and fostering a positive work environment. Ensure adherence to prescribed policies, standard operating procedures, and stakeholders\' expectations in the day-to-day HR operations. Uphold high ethical standards and comply with all relevant regulations and laws governing HR practices. Identify areas for process improvement within HR operations and actively participate in implementing relevant changes. Undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors or the management team as necessary. Pre-Requisites : Diploma/Degree in HR or relevant discipline Preferably with 6 years of HR experience Tech-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Experience in using Workday or other Cloud HR solutions Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) High level of initiative and mind set of continuous improvement Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Are you game
