Relevant Experience: Background in IT, Human Resources, Payroll, or HR-related service functions.
Policy Familiarity: Knowledge of the company\'s global HR and Payroll policies and procedures.
Attention to Detail: A meticulous and detailed-oriented approach.
Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is advantageous.
Security and Confidentiality: Strong practices in security and confidentiality.
Time Management and Multi-tasking: Excellent ability to manage time, prioritize work, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities
Payroll Processing: Consolidating and preparing payroll input for the payroll vendor, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Time Management Execution: Managing time-related activities in Success Factor to ensure correct employee payments based on time data.
Compliance and Process Adherence: Ensuring payroll processing follows established processes and compliance controls, and performing analytical reviews to identify errors and enforce HR/Payroll guidelines.
Reporting: Preparing and submitting payroll-related reports according to scheduled time lines.
Accuracy and Timeliness: Ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness in all payroll input administration and processing activities.
HR Administrative Tasks: Handling some Site HR and Center of Excellence (COE) administrative tasks.
Query Resolution: Addressing queries related to payroll and time processing activities.
HR Support: Providing second-line support within the HR Service Center for requests related to Payroll Input and Success Factor/SAP Time, requiring subject matter expertise.
Stakeholder Guidance: Offering guidance to HR stakeholders on Success Factor Time and Payroll Input processes.
Request Management: Logging and monitoring HR requests, informing requesters of the status.
Process Improvement: Identifying potential improvements and enhancing the efficiency of the service delivery model.
