Position: HR & ADM EXECUTIVE LOCATION: SALENG, KULAI
ADDRESS: LOT 38, JALAN TAMBAN 1\xe2\x81\x842, SALENG 81400 SENAI, JOHOR.
COMPANY: ECCO STEEL INDUSTRIES SDN BHD
WORKING HOURS: MON \xe2\x80\x93 FRI (8.00AM \xe2\x80\x93 5.00PM),
SAT (8.00AM \xe2\x80\x93 12.30PM, ALTERNATE SATURDAY) :
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions which include but not limit to compensations & benefits, monthly payroll processing, foreign workers management, recruitment, and training & developments.
- Responsible for any tasks related to administration.
1. Prepare Monthly Payroll
- Maintain TMS system and OT checking
2. Handle Recruitment For All Level Staff
- Job posting, resume screening and do arrangement for interview
- Conduct orientation session for new join employees
- Conduct exit interview for resign employees
3. Foreign Workers Management
- Arrange for FOMEMA medical check-up
- Handle permit renewal process (E-plks / immigration)
- Handle FW insurance claim process
4. Training And Development
- Arrange training
- Maintain training records and HR documents
- Handle HRDF claim process
5. Administrative Management
- PPE, Stationery, Uniforms and Safety Shoes ordering and distribution
- Company CCTV, Door access, Company hygiene, Company solar system, Security Guard
- Company license renewal, company vehicle & company insurance
- Managed fire extinguisher service matter
- Handle government job purpose, such as JKKP, BOMBA, JTK, MPKu
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma & Above
- At least 2 years experiences in handling HR & Admin functions
- Good communication skills & outgoing personality
- Aggressive, self-motivated, and able work independently
- Must be computer literate & possess own transport
- Applicants must be willing to work 5.5 days / week (alternate Saturday)
- 2 full time position at KULAI SALENG, Johor (1 post-HR; 1 post-Admin)
- Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage
