Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct HR operations across full spectrum of HR functions and processes across the full employment life cycle (end-to-end)
  • Payroll and benefits administration, review and renewals (end-to-end process)
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
  • HR service deliveries and query management support and administrative support
  • Coordinate, liaise, profile creation, system updates to ensure timely enrolment/or update for employees during on/or offboarding
  • Timely and accurate execution of monthly payroll and handling government statutory
  • Act as the point of contact regarding labour legislation issues
  • Assist in organizations and running of HR initiatives, events, transformation projects, engagement activities
  • Provide administrative and assistant support
  • Other assigned ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employment laws and regulations
  • Proficient experience with Autocount Payroll, Microsoft Applications in Excel, Power Point and Word
  • Possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • Willing to work
Office working hour:
  • Monday - Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Saturday : 8.30am to 12.30pm
