Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions and general office administration. Monitoring staff leave entitlement, leave application and other special leave benefits. To update and maintain employees payroll information in the system. Maintain an effective filing system for proper maintenance of all payroll documentation. Responsible for staff uniform and PPE item including distribution and stock availability, Assisting in managing and monitoring outsourced manpower planning to ensure sufficient manpower for company daily operations. Assisting in managing and handling of recruitment & selection processes for Non-Management staff. Developing & conducting new employees induction and orientation. Maintaining and updating employee personal files, personal details and training records. Maintaining & updating employees records (attendance, leave, overtime, etc.) Handling of all foreign worker related matters (accommodation, working permit application & renewal, immigration office, FOMEMA, insurance, etc.) Liaise with government agencies (Labour office, IR office, Immigration, KWSP, PERKESO, HRD Corp, LHDN, etc.) on human resource related issues or matters. Managing all aspects of office administration, such as Photostat machines, printers, office furniture, office equipment, stationery usage and supply, monthly office utility bills and ensure the smooth running of daily operation. Liaising with vendors and suppliers on items for office administration. Administer monthly payment to vendors and suppliers. Responsible for the Monthly Attendance Report for payroll purposes. Proper report of Medical Expenses and Leave administration in the aspect of proper identification of leave, accurate keeping of records and ensuring that leave application procedures are followed. Monitor cash advance requests and settlement. Checked and verified all claims in line with regulations and procedures. Responsible for the general affairs and welfare of the staff. To ensure a safe and healthy working conditions to all staff and oneself including enforcement of the companys rules & regulation are well adhered to at workplace. To handle and ensure daily correspondences are properly distributed, file, designate and dispatched out with the assistance of internal Dispatch Clerk. Performing any other ad hoc projects/assignments and related duties as and when requested by the Management from time to time.
