Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the functional areas of HR Department including staff recruitment, training development, performance assessment, legal compliance, statutory compliance, policy development, personnel record keeping, leaves, compensation and benefits administration.
  • Formulating and updating job requirements, job description and organization chart for all positions in collaboration with other Head of Department.
  • HR Operations including the preparation of correspondence for offer letter, confirmation, attendance, promotions, demotion, appraisals, salary, disciplinary, terminations and working passes renewal of staff.
Job Requirement:
  • Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in Human Resource Management.
  • General Knowledge of HR Function including compensation & benefits, employee relations, staffing, HR practices and policies.
  • Computer literacy skills and ability to work independently.
