Oversee the functional areas of HR Department including staff recruitment, training development, performance assessment, legal compliance, statutory compliance, policy development, personnel record keeping, leaves, compensation and benefits administration.
Formulating and updating job requirements, job description and organization chart for all positions in collaboration with other Head of Department.
HR Operations including the preparation of correspondence for offer letter, confirmation, attendance, promotions, demotion, appraisals, salary, disciplinary, terminations and working passes renewal of staff.
Job Requirement:
Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum 5 years working experience in Human Resource Management.
General Knowledge of HR Function including compensation & benefits, employee relations, staffing, HR practices and policies.
Computer literacy skills and ability to work independently.
