Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource duties including Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits.
To lead a team of HR staff effectively
Work closely with HR headquarters for effective recruitment and processing of human capital supply requirements
Formulate, review and develop HR policies, strategies based on corporate guidelines.
Provide timely reports and analysis of monthly headcounts, payroll, recruitment and turnover statistics.
Maintain employees\xe2\x80\x99 performance management through in-house system including the annual appraisal and salary review exercise, and maintain employees\xe2\x80\x99 personal files.
Established partnership with line managers in the formulation and execution of HR initiatives to support business growth
Responsible for the administration and execution of Group Services
Responsible for payroll and benefits administration, maintain HR database, HR reporting, and assist in HRIS implementation and new benefits scheme roll-out
Interview job applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant\'s qualifications.
Oversee administration of employment contracts and renewal contracts
Process new and renewal work passes/visa
Oversee the process of resignation / termination / dismissal, and administer clearance for staff leaving the Organization
Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
Perform ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
A Diploma/University Degree in Human Resource or its equivalent.
At least 3 years of proven HR experience and 2 years managerial experience.
Must be willing to learn Labour Law outside Malaysia
Must have good communication skills and excellent organisation skills
Able to work collaboratively in a complex organisation as part of a busy and hard working team
Possess good interpersonal and presentation skills
