  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field.
  • Able to work well under tight deadlines.
  • Must be flexible.
  • Highly committed and motivated to perform.
  • Pleasant disposition and able to work well with all level of employees.
Tanggungjawab
  • Assisting with day to day operations of the Human Resources Administration functions and duties.
  • Serving as a point of contact with vendors / contractors / third parties.
  • Facility management such as work place hygiene, maintenance, facility such as water and electricity (office, warehouse building).
  • Create Purchase Order for necessary works.
  • Participate in customer audit, ensure company\'s facilities is compliance with audit requirement.
  • Foreign worker management such as renew work permit, fomema arrangement, flight ticket purchase and hostel management.
  • Other ad-hoc task assign by superior.
