We are looking for Human Resource Executive \xe2\x80\x93 Training and Recruitment. Location: Old Klang Road, KL (10 minutes from Mid Valley)
Public Transport Nearby: Plenty of Public Buses only. Prerequisite
\xc2\xb7 Fresh graduates also encouraged to apply
\xc2\xb7 At least 1 year experience in related industry added advantage Responsibilities;
\xc2\xb7 Attracting candidates and matching them to a temporary or permanent positions with client companies.
\xc2\xb7 Work with client companies, building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements.
\xc2\xb7 Drafting advertising copy for use in a wide range of media, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals.
\xc2\xb7 Screen candidates, interview them, do background checks and finally match them to their clients.
\xc2\xb7 Provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities. Skill and Knowledge
