Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree in Human Resources Management.
At least 3 years related working experience in related field.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Experience in monthly payroll processing.
Computer literate in Microsoft office Application & Payroll System.
Strong numerical skills.
Good communication and written in English.
Own transportation.
Tanggungjawab
Assisting with day to day efficient operation of the human resources.
Process monthly payroll using Autocount Payroll System and ensure timely payroll completion.
Maintain and update employee\'s personal information in employee file and payroll system.
Checking employee\'s attendance, overtime, claim, commission and allowances.
Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, SOSCSO/EIS, HRDF and Income Tax.
Prepare and issuing letter and notices related staff human resource.
Handling employees\' SOCSO claims. Preparing related documents for SOSCO claim and report form to labour department.
Ensuring compliance with standards and legislation relating to employees\' rights, health and safety, equal opportunity and related concerns.
Planning and organizing procedures for recruitment, training, promotion, transfer and dismissal of staff.
Overseeing the selection, training and performance of staff for the entire enterprise or organization.
Handling employees\' labour case and preparing related documents to labour department and attend labour court if necessary.
