Responsibilities
Responsible for monthly payroll administration and staff attendance verification.
To execute end-to-end payroll process accurately on time (including commission, incentive, claims & statutory contribution) by ensuring legal compliance to statutory requirements
To generate monthly HR reports in timely and accurate manner, including all periodic and annual regulatory filing and submission of HR regulatory documents
To facilitate employees\' onboarding and offboarding process such as induction training and exit interview.
To manage the renewal process for visa and employment pass of expatriates and foreign workers.
Assist in organizing company event and training by providing general administrative support
To identify training needs and coordinate company external or internal training including HRDF grant application.
Assist with development and maintenance of HR policies.
Handle employee inquiries and concerns by providing guidance and resolution as needed.
To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
