Assist in recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
Maintain HR records, handle staff claims, and support training and performance appraisals.
Coordinate company events, internal communications, and engagement initiatives.
Manage hostel operations, CIDB cards, passports, and work permits for foreign workers.
Oversee office/factory assets, vendor coordination, company vehicles, and PUSPAKOM inspections.
Maintain cleanliness, filing systems, licenses, petty cash, and general administrative tasks.
Support ad-hoc HR and admin projects as required.
