Job description \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for new staff recruitment, selection, placement, and orientation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing employee benefits utilization such as overtime, salary, allowances, leaves, time-off & medical benefits as per Employee Handbook. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all relevant daily HR operation are complied with company rules & regulation as well as government requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage Industrial Relations matters to ensure compliance with the statutory rules and regulations to safeguard Company\xe2\x80\x99s interest. \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and manage Employee Relations programs/events and initiatives to create harmonious relationships and a conducive working environment amongst employees and the management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Involve in continuous maintenance of company Employee Manual. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing staff personal file & correspondence documentation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Staff training & development monitoring. \xe2\x80\xa2 Employee attendance management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Involve in staff performance management system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to promote company culture through organizing various employee engagement programs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate office maintenance and purchase of office general items. \xe2\x80\xa2 Organize company engagement programs. \xe2\x80\xa2 General administration such as office maintenance, stationery & general affairs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any ad hoc tasks from management Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advance/Higher Grade/Graduate Diploma, in Human Resource Management or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 2-3 years working experience in HR & Admin field will be added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to use multiple Microsoft Software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with Human Resources Management System (HRMS) \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to commute to the office at Kota Damansara \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably Male candidate.
