Job Description


Human Resources & Admin Executive

  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Revise company policies
  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vechicle, and ensure legal compliance
  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
  • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
  • Add-hoc by superior
  • Requirements and skills
  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
  • Experience with HR software
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
  • BS in Human Resources or relevant field

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Sri Hartamas: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Human Resources: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Human Resources Management: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • Mandarin (Preferred)
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
