Hybrid (Work From Home + Office) Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department and manages the HR operation of the company.
  • Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation.
  • Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies & procedures.
  • Support the recruitment activities for the internal and selection process.
  • Help organize and manage new employees\xe2\x80\x99 orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Maintains the work structure by preparing and updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Retains human resource records by designing a filing system and keeping past and current records.
  • Other tasks as per assigned by the Head of Department.
Salary: RM300.00 - RM350.00 per month
