Our Client,FTMM is a world-leading manufacturer, marketer, and distributor of advanced material, component, and assembly solutions used in a broad array of end products, manufacturing systems, and industries. With a total investment expected to exceed RM500 million and at a facility of more than 800,000 square feet, the plant in Kulim High Tech Industrial Park is expected to kickstart its operation in 2023. - Participate in end-to-end employee compensation review and administration process. - Administer employee\'s benefits programs and policies (e.g. employee health and wellness programs, insurance policies, etc.) - Keep abreast with updates in government regulations, legislation and compensation and benefits trends. - Ensure that compensation and benefits practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations. - Collect and compile data for market benchmarking and analysis. - Support in data preparation and conduct internal analysis for input in compensation strategy to maintain competitiveness. - Provide compensation & benefits consultation and support to employees and HR colleagues. - Respond to periodic and ad-hoc requests including reports. - Ensure data integrity at all times. - Assist in governing the HRIS system to ensure all data maintained are accurate to generate accurate reports. - Assist to review employee classifications to ensure appropriate job grade and job level. - Work with section manager to review and administers employee salary adjustment and promotion within internal and external equity as well as employee career progression. - Carry our yearly employee performance appraisal exercise. - Undertake other role & responsibilities that are assigned by the company and immediate superior from time to time until full closure. Requirement
A bachelor\'s degree in HRM, Business Administration or similar field is required.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in C&B role and interested to learn and grow in the C&B profession.
Must have strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
Team attitude, exceptional interpersonal communication skills, and willingness to put in effort required to do the job right the first time.
Helpful, good listener and approachable for all level of staff.
To be able to drive changes and be a change agent.
