Job description Physiogo Sdn Bhd are looking for hardworking & detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to join our remarkable team. Responsibilities: 1) Assist in Recruitment and Training, Performance Management (Planning, Executing) 2) Handling all payroll process in timely manner 3) Responsible to propose and administer employee benefits (annual leaves, medical claims etc) 4) Responsible for Employment and Industrial Relations activities including handling matters relating to disciplinary action, staff grievances, counselling and staff misconduct 5) Able to manage HR functions and duties to ensure smooth process of the company 6) Filling for documentation 7) Any ad hoc task assign by superior Requirements: \xc2\xb7 At least 1 year experience in the HR department \xc2\xb7 Must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource \xc2\xb7 Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions \xc2\xb7 Good listener and excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Bahasa) -Have knowledge in using SQL System \xc2\xb7 Must possess own transport - Willing to work in Bandar Baru Bangi Benefits: Yearly Increment, Career Growth, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Bonus, Overtime Do submit your updated resume and cover letter in your application The selected applicants will be called for an interview.
