\xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to convey a positive and professional image to applicants and employees. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create and implement new policies and procedures as needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Update Employee Handbook as needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support board meeting material preparation and maintenance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Distribute Agenda\'s and take meeting minutes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrate a professional demeanour in all interactions with visitors, volunteers, board members, donors, and agency representatives. Welcome visitors, determine the nature of business, and announce visitor to appropriate staff members. \xe2\x80\xa2 Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel; provide callers with information on the organization including address, directions, or mailing information; take and deliver messages; exemplify the organization\'s values of respect, responsiveness, and professionalism. \xe2\x80\xa2 Receive, sort, date stamp, and route all incoming mail and faxes in a timely and efficient manner in order to support staff and operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist on manpower planning, recruitment, selection, placement, orientation, performance management, career planning, succession planning, formulation of policies and strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain employee benefit administration such as leave records, insurance, Medical and etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist the manager, HRM in all preparation required for the delivery of training/workshops. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare letter of offer to selected candidates & Conduct Exit interview. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing and ensuring payroll processes and smooth salary process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend to employees\' grievances and complaints, provides guidance if necessary. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assists Accountant in planning and preparing annual headcount report and updating the organization chart. \xe2\x80\xa2 Involves in yearly manpower planning and expansion. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proposes year-end salary increment to MD. \xe2\x80\xa2 Organizes corporate events such as company\'s dinner, corporate trip, family day etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Budgets for office administration, new head counts and future projects in-line with business expansions \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure Consistency is delivered for performance management across group. \xe2\x80\xa2 Improve the knowledge of all relevant benefits Malaysia law required, including employment law Malaysia, Employees Provident Fund (EPF), Income Tax (PCB) and Socso (perkeso). \xe2\x80\xa2 Recruitment and Hiring, Training and Development, maintain Company Culture, Manage Employee Benefits, create a Safe Work Environment, Handle Disciplinary Actions, Administration and stationery, Design compensation and benefits packages, Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual) \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling foreign workers recruitment, immigration and understand policies \xe2\x80\xa2 To undertake and perform any other job functions as and when required. Qualification \xe2\x80\xa2 SPM/STPM and at least Diploma/ Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in HR / Related field or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 E-commerce, IT knowledge, marketing and media communication
