Job Responsibility Handle monthly payroll processing and administration Monitor and constantly update workers annual leave, medical leave and expenses on quarterly basis Manage application, renewal & cancellation of work pass for foreign workers Handle full set of payroll administration including on-time and accurate payroll processing, salary pay-outs and liaising with government bodies (eg. KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, ETC) on all statutory requirements whilst maintain all data private & confidential. Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employees\' records for monthly manpower reporting and analysis Support in the day-to-day HR duties in compliance with MOM requirements To ensure smooth and efficient day to day HR operations. Other ad-hoc HR duties and initiatives assigned Job Requirements Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Experience in recruitment will be an added advantage. Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office is essential. Able to converse in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to work independently. Resourceful, meticulous and able to work under minimal supervision. Pleasant personality, posses good interpersonal & communication skill.
