Job Title: Human Resource & Admin Executive, Bintulu (OGP Project) Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Human Resource & Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various HR and administrative tasks, including coordinating induction and orientation programs, documentation management, and providing support for staff and workers. In addition, the role may involve procurement and accommodation arrangements for our team as needed. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently manage all recruitment processes, from sourcing to conducting interviews, and facilitate the onboarding of new employees. Handle various HR-related functions, including overtime verification, benefits administration, and fostering positive employee relations. Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws. Ensure unwavering compliance with labor laws and uphold the company\'s HR policies and procedures. Contribute to the process of securing employment passes or work permits for expatriates or foreign workers, ensuring legal compliance and efficiency. Oversee diverse administrative tasks, including office management, such as company vehicle management and employee accommodation. Maintain an organized and efficient office environment. Maintain meticulous records and documentation within the HR department, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Collaborate with the procurement team to purchase necessary items for workers and staff. Maintain records of procurement transactions and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Arrange accommodation for workers and staff as required, ensuring comfort and adherence to company policies. Manage accommodation logistics, bookings, and related documentation. Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, including maintaining office supplies, managing office facilities, and coordinating travel and logistics for team members. Qualifications: Possess a Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management or any equivalent field. Demonstrated expertise in HR and administrative roles, preferably within the construction or oil and gas industry. In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations specific to Sarawak. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Display acute attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in editing skills, including design software such as Canvas or equivalent for advertising and company branding purposes.
