Workplace: Woodman HQ Job scope:- \xe2\x80\xa2 To provide clerical and administrative support \xe2\x80\xa2 To coordinate communication with candidates and scheduled interviews. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist in general HR & Administrative task and ensure all documents proper storage and filling. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties. Job requirements:- \xe2\x80\xa2 Full Time (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-12pm) \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma in Human Resource or Business Management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum of one year related work experience in processing payroll\xe3\x80\x82 \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge and understanding of all government statutory regulatory. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with SQL payroll system is an advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work well under pressure and deadlines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency with computer programs, such as Microsoft Word and Excel and database Please submit your resume to fy.chong@woodman.com.my
