1) Make decisions about the day-to-day operation; act as main contact point to internal/external for general enquiries and issue resolutions in defined areas of the overall HR spectrum. 2) To provide leadership and direction in talent training & development, staff motivation and engaging, Human Resource annual strategic planning, compensation and benefits that defined objectives are achieved through the planning; evaluating; developing and implementation of relevant initiatives and actions plans. 3) Bridges management, employee relations and the generation gap by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. 4) Consults with leadership on strategic and tactical human resources issues with a focus on developing a pipeline of talent. 5) Leads and develops a team of HR professionals to support the business and provide the employee life cycle services. Requirements: 1) At least Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent. 2) Minimum of 5 years\' experience in HR leadership/senior role, preferably in corporate company or MNC. 3) Strong knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law including Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, managing poor performance, misconduct in employment, employee grievances, formulating Industrial Relations policies and procedures, disciplinary inquiry, disciplinary action, conducting domestic inquiries, preliminary investigations and handling. 4) Requires high level of interaction with multiple departments and ability to communicate, collaborate and convince managers at many levels (higher and lower) on best plan to achieve company goals. 5) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to juggle, and prioritize multiple tasks. 6) Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, train, coach and consult people 7) Able to write and speak using both English and Bahasa Malaysia fluently. 8) Computer literate \xe2\x80\x93 Excel, Words, Power Point and hands-on experience with payroll software - Auto Count is an added advantage. Successful applicant will be provided with minimum salary from RM6,000 plus 19% employer EPF contribution with other benefits, including medical, footwear and telephone allowance.
