Description:

Assist in managing HR-related documentation and process improvements.

Support HR engagement events and activities for Supply Chain Management (SCM) teams.

Assist in preparing communication materials, announcements, and HR updates.

Prepare simple reports or summaries for HRBP review.

Help gather feedback or data for HRBP initiatives.

Support HRBP in ongoing HR projects, including SCM workshop, walk-in interviews (local contract workers), performance form, etc.

Learning Opportunities

Exposure to real HRBP work in a large SCM environment.

Understanding of workforce planning, employee relations, and HR processes.

Hands-on experience managing HR trackers and data.
