Position Summary:

The Continuous Improvement Intern will support the Continuous Improvement (CI) team in identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement initiatives across the organization. This role provides hands-on exposure to 5S, Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence methodologies while contributing to real business impact.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in mapping current-state processes and identifying improvement opportunities Support 5S, Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement projects Collect, analyze, and present operational data (cycle time, defects, waste, productivity, etc.) Help document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process improvements Participate in root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone) Support implementation and tracking of improvement action plans Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for CI initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, HR, etc.) Assist with change management and communication efforts related to improvement projects

Job Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in: + Industrial Engineering + Business Administration
+ Operations Management
+ Supply Chain
+ Quality Management
+ Or a related field
