Job Summary



We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Business Services Intern to support our team in day-to-day operations, service delivery activities, and process improvement initiatives. This internship provides hands-on exposure to corporate functions and allows you to work closely with experienced professionals on meaningful projects that contribute to organizational efficiency and customer satisfaction.





Key Responsibilities


Assist in day-to-day business operations and administrative tasks. Support documentation, reporting, and data analysis for ongoing projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery. Participate in meetings and prepare minutes, presentations, and follow-up actions. Conduct research and benchmarking to support business initiatives. Assist on issues support (Incident and Service Request), enhancement / Change Request (CR) and Project for GAPIM, ECM and ProcureNet.




Requirements


Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
