Our deep integration with Airasia\xe2\x80\x99s network and infrastructure puts us in a unique position to achieve what sounds impossible, and we need you to bring this to a reality.We are looking for a People Data Analyst Intern to support the HRBP function based in Wisma Tune, KL.Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Develop and maintain an Excel template to support departmental manpower budgeting
• Analytics and Reporting: Help collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights together with HRBPs.
• Technical Support: Engage in projects aimed at enhancing the capabilities of our data management systems. Contribute to the optimization of data processes by utilizing SQL, Python, Java and other analytical tools.
• Collaboration: Work with the HRBP and People team to assist with the manpower planning process for the year 2025, to gather necessary data and ensure accurate budget projections.
• Documentation: Assist in the documentation of data processes and best practices to ensure consistent and efficient operations within the team.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s program in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently as well.
• Previous internship or project experience in data analysis or a related field is a plus.
